From the images you can see all the conventions which are in all of them. For example Trey Songz is pictured topless in most of his videos this is because of their target audience which is normally teenage girls. Unlike rap and hip hop r&b artist wear minimal jewellery whereas compared to rap music they would wear a lot. Woman in R&B videos normally wear minimal clothing as they are seen as objects to male audience however as the years are going on they are wearing more and more clothing as the gender roles are becoming equal.
